Reception & Office Administration - Full Time - (Monday - Friday)Robson Environmental was established over 33 years ago and operates in the fields of hazardous materials surveying, contaminated land assessment, workplace health and safety, occupational hygiene, training and has NATA accredited laboratories.We are looking for a well-organised individual to work in a diverse environment as a Reception/Administration Support Officer.Previous Applicants Need Not ApplyTo Be Successful in This Role You Will Need:Well-developed time management skillsHighly developed written, verbal and interpersonal skillsA friendly and positive attitudeExcellent computing skills, preferably in MicrosoftAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamA great attitude and willingness to learnAbility to produce high-quality documents with meticulous attention to detailAustralian citizen or permanent resident and currently residing in AustraliaThe PositionAs the 'face' of Robson Environmental you will provide administrative support - which will include duties such as:Reception – Client liaison (face to face and telephone)FilingInvoicingGeneral Office SupportArchivingWe are seeking a highly adept and flexible administration staff member.
