Business Development Manager - Automotive ConsumablesOur client is one of the fastest growing companies nationally.
They manufacture and distribute an extensive range of oil and lubricant products through a national network.
The company works closely with key industry segments including retail, transport, agriculture, engineering, automotive, commercial and industrial.We are seeking an experienced field-based BDM/Account Manager to help them reach the next level of success.
They are already operating nationally and believe that by adding the right person to the team, they will expedite the Company's growth strategy in New South Wales.The role provides a high level of flexibility and autonomy with the opportunity to grow with the business moving forward.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales achiever who wants to be actively involved in business initiatives for the company's sales growth.
You will need to develop and prioritise a territory and customer business call development plan.Key Responsibilities:Develop the business and seize market opportunities.Manage oil & lubricants business.Inherit a strong, well-established territory.Profile:The person needs to be able to roll up their sleeves with confidence and display an attitude to get the job done.Personable and relate well with customers.Ambitious, target-driven, and self-motivated.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work autonomously and without micromanagement.Preferably experience within the oil & lubricants sector or complementary industries.The role provides a very attractive salary and bonus package including car or car allowance.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a business development manager?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years of B2B sales experience do you have?Are you available to travel for this role when required?What's your expected annual base salary?
