We are looking for a Channel Sales/ Third Party Sales Manager to join our Australia team.
Bring your ideas—the wilder and the crazier, the better — and establish Flo as the go-to renewable energy retailer in the region.
About Flo Hi, we're Flo, and we are on a mission to switch as many people and businesses as possible to clean, renewable energy.

What you will be doing: The Third Party Sales Manager is Flo's main point of contact with brokers and partners.
Reporting into the Channels & Partnerships Lead, this position is a core part of the sales team as a conduit for sales leads and market insights.
Day-to-day will include: Client Relationship Management: Onboard, develop and maintain strong relationships with energy brokers and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and work to grow Flo's broker network and increase sales opportunities and volumes.
Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively present them to brokers and clients.
Networking: Attend industry events and engage in networking activities to build and maintain a robust professional network.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize CRM systems and other relevant software tools to manage relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, mitigating any potential risks.
You will be a good candidate if you have: Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information, negotiate terms, and resolve issues with brokers and clients.
Problem Solving Skills: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that brokers or clients may have, providing timely and effective solutions.
Industry Experience: Relevant energy industry experience and exposure to the broker market.
Market Knowledge: Keeping up to date about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights and advice to brokers and clients.
Extra points if you: Possess an understanding of cross-functional processes and financial concepts related to sales and cost to serve.
Are creative and able to examine our practices and find new growth opportunities to explore.
Are experienced with setting up sales tools and infrastructure to support the rest of the organisation.
Are tech-savvy.
