CIT Educator Level 1 - Temporary Register CIT Trades Skills - Casual Educator Temporary Register
Part-time Casual Details: Are you an experienced building surveyor with a passion for teaching? Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) is looking for a skilled and motivated casual educator to join our Building Management team. This role involves training and assessing students in the unit CPCCBC4018 – Apply Site Surveys and Set Out Procedures to Building and Construction Projects, supporting the development of future builders and building managers.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high quality, industry relevant training to students pursuing careers in building and construction.

Responsibilities: Provide quality, engaging training that prepares students for real world building and construction projects. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners to ensure training content is current and industry aligned. Support students through their learning journey with constructive feedback, encouragement, and professional guidance. About You: Industry Experience: Extensive experience in building survey work, with a solid understanding of site surveys and set-out procedures for building and construction projects. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in building management, building surveying, or a related field. Teaching qualifications and/or experience in VET (Vocational Education and Training) is highly regarded.
