Member Support Representative - Industry AssociationAbout the roleAre you an experienced customer service professional looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? The AHC is seeking an Association Member Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for our valued association members, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them get the most out of their membership.What you'll be doingRespond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional mannerAssist members with their membership, accessing member benefits and general enquiriesProactively identify and resolve member issues, ensuring a positive customer experienceMaintain detailed records and documentation of member interactionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member services and satisfactionContribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processesWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or member support roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceStrong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindsetProficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of the association or not-for-profit industry is highly desirableA genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impactWhat we offerAt the AHC, we are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
