Full time TASMAC is a machinery dealership business that caters for all facets of the agricultural, construction, lifestyle, and specialised mowing communities in Tasmania through sales, parts, and servicing of our core brands; Kubota, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Krone, Taarup, Croplands and Hustler.
We have an unrivalled branch network in our Tasmanian PMA with four trading locations: Devonport, Launceston, Hobart, and Smithton.
TASMAC is privately owned and locally operated.

The successful applicant will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for creating value for our customers while ensuring accuracy and efficiency, contributing to an enjoyable team environment.
This role will suit someone who enjoys work variety while providing customers with the highest level of service.

About You As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
Business Development – actively seeking out new areas of growth and development for our range of productsEstablish and grow a customer network within the targeted geographic locationConsistently deliver first-class customer serviceLiaise with Sales Manager to implement, sustain and exceed monthly forecasted sales targetsEffectively communicate with all other departments and branches within the businessLiaise with appropriate sources to accurately appraise and value all machinery offered for trade-in or purchaseRepresent the company at field days and demonstration daysEnsure timely and accurate sales administrationAll other duties as required by managementPerson Specification Proven experience working in agricultural sales.Demonstrated sales achievementsA proactive outlook and tactful problem-solving skillsAn ability to manage your workload to achieve set outcomes, be accountable and reliable, operate with effective communication skills and provide exceptional customer serviceAn ability to work under pressure, with attention to detailExcellent time management skills and be a team player who works with initiative, commitment and a positive attitudeA passion for farming and the agricultural industryHigh level of computer literacyValid and current driver's LicenceReward In return, we are offering flexibility, a very competitive salary package, and the chance to develop your professional career.
