**Your tasks**:

- Work closely with the Customer Success operational teams and senior Customer Success management to shape the strategic roadmap of the Customer Success department
- Take End-to-End ownership for planning and running pilot projects, process rollouts and according communication
- Develop methods to measure and improve the teams performance
- Monitor existing and new processes and identify issues and opportunities
- Collect the teams needs and help them to structure, facilitate and expand improvement processes
- Coordinate with markets on launching new processes and initiatives
- Align with different departments to successfully design and roll out process improvement
- Support Customer Value Management processes & initiatives

**Who you are**:

- Data driven with the ability to analyse and understand complex business processes
- Experienced in addressing and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Tech savvy and able to find creative and scalable solutions
- Ambitious and comfortable in fast-paced, multicultural environments
- Project management and/or Customer Success experience is a plus
