**Your role at RBI**:

- Clarify the business needs in hiring new employees and define appropriate recruitment strategy for our German speaking subsidiaries in Austria
- Act as consultant for your counterparts throughout the whole process and facilitate the interviews
- Transform recruiting data into actionable insights

***Your core competencies**:

- You are passionate about connecting with people, understanding their background, and discovering their motivation for new job opportunities
- You have personal agency experience, or have worked previously as an in-house recruiter in the financial services industry
- You consider yourself a good communicator with fluency in both German and English
- Organizing and prioritizing tasks are a part of your daily work
- You are curious about recruitment market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- You are a team player with a hands-on approach and an innovative mindset, wishing to be surrounded by like-minded colleagues
