- The Fairo app is designed to automate bookkeeping and taxes, issue invoices, keep track of one’s income and maximize time with pre-filled tax reports. Simply, the app allows freelancers to do the admin work easier, faster and more efficient.
- Our team joined forces with the best banking and legal partners to create the first all-in-one app solution. Just to give you a bit of background, Fairo is backed by Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI), one of the leading corporate and investment banks in Central and Eastern Europe and was officially launched in 2021 in Ukraine and is on the verge of tackling other European countries as well like Romania, Poland, Czech Republic.
- To further allow our business grow, we are currently seeking our new
- **Chief of Technology Officer **who will join our international team in Vienna, Austria. If you have strong product sense and can build engaging experience for customers through technology, have deep knowledge of full stack, scalable and modern development practices and, very importantly, have experience with managing team of 20+ engineers, DevOps, business analysts and scrum masters, you may have just found your new professional challenge**Check below the list of responsibilities you will have in this role**:

- Partnering with Product Lead to deliver the product vision and strategy
- Aligning and providing feedback on product roadmap and working closely with the product team on prioritization
- Leading all aspects of development lifecycle including design & architecture, execution, deployment & maintenance

- Knowledge of mobile development technologies & cloud-based infrastructure
- Extensive programming skills
- Experience in architecture & building security technology solutions
- Eye for latest technology trends and ideas how they can be applied
- Ability to manage budgets effectively & meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to bring product ideas to our customers & deliver results with tight deadlines
- Project & team management skills across multiple locations
- Excellent leadership, people management & communication skills
