**Your future Role**:

- Manage our motivated and very competent customer success team which currently has 3 employees. In order to grow into the leadership role, you will start in an operational customer success position and gradually take on management tasks
- Support and coordinate our customers to use their TimeTac features in the best way
- Guide our new customers through our TimeTac onboarding Service
- Capture all of our customers' requirements for our system and support them during the implementation process
- Support key users with individual training
- You will be responsible for the implementation of our TimeTac onboarding service to the customer, until the handover to our customer care team
- Develop, together with your team, further success strategies and concepts for our new and existing customers

**Your Skills**:

- Several years of professional experience in B2B customer support for software solutions, ideally you already have experience with SaaS solutions
- You have several years of management experience and enjoy developing your team
- You have excellent knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- You already have professional experience in customer success management, IT consulting and/or customer support in the digital sector
- You have basic IT know-how in software development
