**Business Process Lead Logistics**:

**Purpose & key responsibilities of the role**:
- You develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements and best practice
- You design and implement integrated business processes to achieve company goals
- You drive change with the teams and track projects to manage, plan, implement and monitor business process changes across our value chain from wood to pulp to fabric and têxtiles
- You enable sound business decisions and system implementation, modification, maintenance
- You develop and maintain business process documentation, reference cases & training documents
- You coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop business process requirements and changes
**Our expectations for this exciting role**:
- You have an advanced university degree in logistics, supply chain or in another relevant field
- You have worked for at least 5 years as a business process lead in logistic or related supply chain area, ideally in a global manufacturing group
- You have strong business process knowledge; experience with SAP R3., as well as S4/Hana and have reporting tools like Power BI, MS VISIO at your fingertips
- You successfully led cross-functional transformation projects as well as process improvements
- You challenge the status quo and influence cross-functionally and globally with patience and persistence
- You quickly grasp new ideas and communicate complex information in simple words to business leaders
- English is a must, additional Mandarin or German is a strong advantage
- You understand end to end supply chain & international logistic processes, transaction flows
- You work with lean principles and Lean Six Sigma experience could be a plus
- You lead and influence also indirectly, and thrive in a matrix organization with high complexity

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 3.800;
- with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
