What you’ll be doing...**

The Robotics Business Technology group is expanding its team and we are looking for a highly motivated personality as Partner Relationship Manager to join our partner success team. You’ll be working in an exciting startup environment (incubed IT) within the foundation of a large company (Verizon). You will have the freedom and autonomy to do your best work, with the support and camaraderie you need to enjoy your job. In this role, you will lead our hardware and integration partners, but not limited to, through onboarding, adoption, advocacy, expansion.

As a Partner Relationship Manager for our partner success team, you will work collaboratively within your team and in close coordination with the support and product teams to enhance partner satisfaction and partner growth. Being the first point of contact allows you to support our partners in every phase of their business to solve conflicts before they might escalate. You will participate in a collaborative, agile team environment that is determined to improve our partners’ experience.
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing partners working with the incubed IT platform.
- Maintain and strengthen the relationship with partners.
- Create an action plan for integration (Timeline, Requirements, etc.), defining and tracking milestones, and proactively taking measures to support the plan.
- Create an Account plan with the partner, setting goals and actively pursuing them.
- Promote incubed IT’s products (current and future) within the partner organization in order to extend aftersales possibilities.
- Define end user Use Cases with the partner in order to extend business opportunities.
- Provide technical and project support.
- Define Marketing strategies with the partner to further promote the partnership and create additional business opportunities.
- Consistently exceed revenue and company goals.
- Manage renewals and forecasts accurately.
- Identify expansion and multiyear contract opportunities, develop customer outreach strategies and convert those opportunities within the customer success team.
- Share prior knowledge and experience with other members of the partner team.
- Manage your own time and progress, coordinate with your colleagues, and exceed revenue and company goals.
- Maintain willingness to pitch-in and help others on the team.
- Represent incubed IT in face-to-case meetings with customers, prospects, and internally across incubed IT and Verizon.

What we’re looking for...**

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Experience in developing partnerships, account management.
- Proficiency in English - both written and verbal.

Even better if you have:

- Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of relevant experience.
- Strong task management capabilities and a proven ability to proactively communicate project status to key stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with and motivate team members, peers and leadership. You should be a peer leader who maintains a team orientation, with the desire to collaborate to reach excellent results.
- Clear communication ability - written and oral - as well as presentation skills. The aptitude to effectively relay complex information to others.
- A strong sense of urgency and bias toward action with the ability to think on your feet.
- Passion for learning and independent work.
- Motivation and enthusiasm for mobile robots.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
