We are looking for a motivated **Group Safety & Quality Specialist** for our headquarters at 1040 Vienna.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Think quickly through processes on site with consideration for different cultures, people and organizations
- Lead workshops, assessments and non-technical projects
- Prepare, organize and conduct state-of-the-art training to drive process management implementation and empower our employees globally
- Promote collaboration and transfer of best practices between operational organization units

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have experience in analyzing and improving processes, Lean Six Sigma-skills are a plus
- You can engage, influence and motivate colleagues of all levels
- You like to travel and visit our plants (mainly in Europe) on your short trips or on more time-consuming business trips (average travel share at least 60%)
- You are motivated by good results and show great interpersonal and social skills
- You possess very good skills in German and English

**WE OFFER **:We offer you a professionally challenging task with creative freedom. For this position, a minimum annual salary of € 40,000 gross all in is offered according to specific qualifications and adequate professional experience. Readiness for overpayment depending on your individual profile and professional experience.

In addition, we will invest in you: Professional external trainings as safety officer, fire protection expert and quality specialist are planned.
