Um das Wachstum weiter voranzutreiben, suchen wir für unseren Mandanten eine(n) Director Global Sales (f/m/d) mit hoher Erfahrung im Sektor Automotive und in der Serienfertigung von Produkten.

Aufgaben
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen Vertriebsteams
- Entwicklung mittel
- bis langfristiger Vertriebspläne (Festlegung von Prioritäten für Länder/Regionen etc.)
- Verantwortung für alle kaufmännischen und vertragsrechtlichen Themen
- Führung einer internationalen Mannschaft von ca. 25 Mitarbeitern: innen
- Auf
- und Ausbau der internationalen Vertriebsstrukturen
- Umsetzung der globalen Vertriebsstrategie in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
- Business Development, Neukundengewinnung, Steuerung der weltweiten Sales-Agenden

Qualifikation
- Führungserfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Sektor Automotive
- Erfahrung im Bereich Serienfertigung im Sektor Automotive
- Abgeschlossene technische und/oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

**Benefits**:
**Vergütung**: ab € 130.000 brutto p.a. In Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung wird eine marktkonforme Dotierung geboten.
