Our department Housing Loans AT (HAT) is searching somebody who can bridge the gap between Business Analysis and Technical Analysis. The department is mainly working in the solution environment of sBausparkasse. Hence, it focuses on solutions that ultimately generate property financed with housing loans for our clients. Apart from seeing a direct impact in our everyday work, the HAT team is driving the ambition towards Digitalization in sBausparkasse as well as in Erste Bank and Sparkassen.
**What to do**:
- You support the team in the analysis of technical requirements in close cooperation with your business partners. You define software requirement specifications and ideally review functional designs regarding solution architecture, future business needs and operations
- You create a common understanding of business requirements, design solutions that follows our best practices, and you always have a clear end-customer focus in mind
- You are going to work in a great team and with a diverse group of people such as other technical/business analysts, software engineers and decision-makers, to build up-to-date solutions
- You are going to work agile with tools like Jira for ticket management and actively contribute to Scrum or Kanban meetings and retrospectives
