VP of Recruiting is an office based position in Tysons Corner, VA.

As a VP, you will have ownership of the full life recruiting cycle, onboarding and retention of employees. You will work with our off-shore recruiting partners and other business partners and stakeholders.

Essential Functions/Priorities:

- Oversee the recruiting department
- Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills
- Implements best in class recruitment strategies
- Push the thinking on what is possible - the bigger the vision, the better
- Work collaboratively and drive the people first approach to hiring
- Leads and motivates collaborators, while maintaining team health and happiness
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Strong executive presence and ability to win the confidence of the Executive Team

**Experience**:
Minimum of 5 years experience recruiting in a high growth technology company across several verticals
