We are looking for a Global Head of Benefits to support in building out the Total Rewards Department to ensure we are an employer of choice with plenty to offer in the global market.

**Your tasks**:
As our Head of Benefits, Global, you will directly partner with the Chief People and Organisation Officer in building a market leading Total Rewards Department. Within your role you will be responsible for:

- Evaluating the existing benefits offerings across our 20+ countries in which we operate.
- Owning the relationship with our dedicated global broker and managing the contract life cycles of vendors globally.
- Carrying out benefits analysis and making recommendations to ensure that benefits reflect a fair and consistent philosophy across the entire organisation.
- Establishing a benefits policy that emphasises our place in the market as an employer of choice.
- Establishing a partnership with the Head of Compensation to build out the Total Rewards framework for GoStudent.
- Responding to individual queries from Managers and Employees create visibility of the function and become the trusted advisor on all matters relating to Benefits.
- Keeping abreast of latest market trends and developments and participating in seminars and conferences.
- Managing and developing a team of Benefits Administrators.

**Who you are**:

- 5-10 years’ experience in a role managing and overseeing benefits for a global company
- Strong project management skills, able to coordinate teams both within and outside the company.
- A proactive, data-driven work style, with strong initiative and the ability to multitask and be hands-on.
- Strong business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to work across all departments and levels of the business.
- Organised and precise mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks and leading a group of individuals in different parts of the business within a project format.
- Self-starter, passionate, with a strong drive alongside being results orientated.
