**Über die Rolle**:
Als Supervisor-Functional Head Fractionation Lab sind Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für die ordnungsgemäße und zeitgerechte Durchführung von Studien zur Produktionsunterstützung und für die ständige Verbesserung der Herstellungsprozesse in der pharmazeutischen Produktion zuständig.

**Das bewirken Sie**:

- Planung, Auswertung und Koordinieren der Durchführung von Laborstudien
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Laborteams
- Sicherstellen des erforderlichen Laborstatus (5S, Reinigung, Wartung, Reparatur, Kalibrierung, etc.)
- Beschaffung von benötigten Materialien und Geräten
- Vorantreiben der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Laborumgebung und der Abteilungsprozesse
- Erstellung und Genehmigung von Dokumenten wie Studienpläne, Berichte, SBRs, SOPs, etc.
- Vertretung der Abteilung in Projektteams und gegenüber Schnittstellen

**Dafür bringen Sie mit**:

- Naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung wie HTL, FH oder Studium
- Mind. 5 Jahre Laborerfahrung
- Praktische und theoretische Kenntnis der Prozesse in der Pharmazeutischen Produktion
- Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams oder Projekten
- Erfahrung in GMP/GLP Bereich
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung statistischer Methode
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch und Englisch)
