**YOUR TASKS**
- Technical monitoring of product launches in SPM (and CPS) processes
- Execution and supervision of launch audits and maturity evaluations
- Build interface between Plant management and PDC management in launch phases
- Identification of risks and proposals to mitigate identified risks
- Trouble shooting where necessary
- Support and train plant organizations to perform launch audits self-reliant
- Knowledge and best practice distribution within Business Unit and global Nemak

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Several years of experience and expertise in SPM and/or CPS process development or operations
- Experience in launching new products and quality systems
- Analytical and systematic work approach
- Proactive, hands-on and target oriented mentality
- Good German and English skills
- Travel availability (within Europe) 50%+
