**Your mission**:
We are seeking an **Accounting** Manager**to join our dynamic, mission-driven team in Vienna, Austria. If you have a passion for financial excellence and want to be part of an organization that uses data to change the world, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This position offers the flexibility to work between 60% to 100% of a full-time schedule, allowing for a personalized work-life balance while contributing to our mission.
- Coordinate accounting activities in collaboration with external accountants and tax advisors.
- Recording and posting incoming and outgoing bank transactions.
- Management of bank accounts.
- Maintenance and reconciliation of various clearing accounts
- Cooperation with external payroll accountants.
- Preparing intercompany and invoices to clients.
- Ensure tax regulations, working closely with external service providers and tax advisors.
- Lead and support projects in finance, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.

**Your profile**:

- Completed commercial education
- 2-5 years of experience in relevant financial fields
- Good IT user skills (Excel, MS Office)
- Responsible, trustworthy personalities
- Solution-oriented approach with a “can-do” attitude and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
- Willingness to accept challenges and innovate, even in situations where failure is possible, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
- Collaborative working style and willingness to work within a start-up and dynamic organization.
