Talk Online Panel is one of Europe’s largest online market research panel operators, managing online research communities in 25 countries. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an Operations Associate on a full-time basis. While our Czech office is located in Prague 5, the position offers the flexibility of home office work from Czech Republic.

**You would**:

- ** Prepare proposals**: Draft compelling, commissionable proposals for our national and international clients that align with client needs and business objectives. Communicate persuasively to encourage clients to commission our services/products, and ensure all proposals are structured to maximize conversion while maintaining clarity and professionalism.
- ** Assess projects**: Evaluate the feasibility of project requests, handle online questionnaire scripting/programming, analyze data, perform simple analyses, and prepare spreadsheets when necessary.
- ** Manage surveys**: Dispatch online survey invitations to our Talk Research Community and oversee the survey process.
- ** Oversee projects**: Monitor projects continuously, communicate proactively with clients, and ensure smooth project progress.
- ** Plan projects**: Develop and adjust project plans independently to guarantee timely completion.
