**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- End-to-end recruitment for between 8 and 13 middle to senior-level positions in EMEA and APAC
- Develop an expert understanding of SaaS industry and digital marketing.
- Proactively guide and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process.
- Ensure that the existing ATS - Success Factors, is utilized to support recruitment initiatives.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- **Results-driven **and goal orientated personality with an **intrinsic motivation to do a great job** and improve things.
- Proven experience delivering contingent and direct talent acquisition through a variety of sourcing strategies such as job boards, referrals and social media, including LinkedIn.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to liaise and advise all levels of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of international recruitment techniques, employment policies, and procedures for various markets.
- Strong business acumen and **proactive energetic personality**.
