We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (M/F/d) to join our Customers Service team in Linz with these main areas of responsibility:

- Develop close customer relationship in order to improve commercial position and representing business value proposition
- Being the interface to the customer and address customer´s supply and service needs in line with PO business strategies
- Supply timely and accurate response to any customer requests and keep the customer pro-actively informed about relevant status updates
- First contact for issues, defects and complaints, respond to customer complaints and mitigate emotional and economic impact
- Close cooperation and alignment with Sales and other internal and external stakeholders for relevant business and customer information
- Full responsibility for: order creation, invoicing and correction documents according to Borealis Guidelines and Procedures (OTC process)
- Pro-actively identify system and process improvement opportunities in order to improve service to customer or increase the efficiency and thus improve Borealis results

**About you**:
You successfully completed a business or commercial related education and have several years of experience in a relevant commercial or business administration area. A problem-solving attitude is a real must You have excellent communication skills in English and German. It is a plus, if you are also able to speak Polish, Italian or Czech. You are not afraid to challenge customers in a difficult market. You are accurate, results oriented and have great networking skills. Good time management, being self-organized, and stress resilience will help you to become successful in this role quickly.

Following Austrian law regulations, we offer, reflecting your experiences, skills and competencies, competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement chemical industry starting at EUR 39.625,32 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background. In addition, we offer a yearly bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.
