- Du betreibst täglich **aktives, operatives Rekrutieren** von **neuen Nachhilfelehrern** - das bedeutet, du stellst sicher, dass unser Tutoren-Angebot im Markt den Bedarf der Schüler deckt
- Du **entwickelst neue Strategien** und hinterfragst, verbesserst und automatisierst bestehende Recruiting
- und Einschulungsprozesse
- Du **leitest eigene Projekte** mit **Fokus auf Konvertierungsraten-Optimierung (CVR)** um Prozesse kurzfristig oder langfristig End2End zu verbessern (Kommunikationsmanagement, Erstellung von Registrier
- und Einschulungsalternativen, Erstellung von Tests, Verkürzung der Registrierzeit, A/B Testings etc.)
- **Kommunikation**: Du stellst eine einwandfreie, abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikation sicher (Global Enablement Team, Tutor Success Management)
- Du trägst maßgeblich zum Erreichen der Ziele des Tutor Operation Teams bei

- **Proaktiv und lösungsorientiert**: Geht nicht - gibt’s nicht. Du wirfst gerne mögliche Probleme auf, bist kreativ in der Lösungsfindung und weißt diese Lösungen auch operativ umzusetzen.
- **Ausbildung**: Du hast ein **abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium** im Bereich Formalwissenschaften (Mathematik, Statistik), Business development, Marketing oder Datenanalyse. Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Datenanalyse und Bewerbungszeit-Effizienzmanagement von Vorteil.
- **Organisationstalent**: Du bist ein pragmatischer Multitasker mit einem strukturierten Arbeitsstil und behältst selbst in stressigen Momenten einen kühlen Kopf und den Überblick.
- **Teamplayer**: Du liebst es im Team zu arbeiten, teilst dein Wissen und steckst andere mit deiner Motivation an.
- **Digitale und analytische Skills**: Du liest und analysierst gerne Daten und Dashboards um daten-basierende Entscheidungen zu treffen. Du arbeitest gerne mit verschiedenen digitalen Tools (Excel, Google Sheet, CRM) und hast ein starkes analytisches Verständnis.
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
- **Sprachen**: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse, welche für die Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld Voraussetzung sind.
