**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Contribute to the build-up of the OMV Low Carbon Business (LCB) from a business projects & support perspective
- Contribute to leading the further detailing and implementation of the Low Carbon Business strategy and the development of specific strategies, e.g. for individual business areas, business models, markets, technologies and off-takers
- Manage Low Carbon Business programs, projects and initiatives, e.g. with regards to organizational build-up, operational excellence or strategy operationalization
- Represent Low Carbon Business in OMV group-wide and E&P division-wide strategy projects as well as in business programs, projects and initiatives
- Contribute to leading the build-up and maintenance of operational excellence in all Low Carbon Business areas and to the definition of specific and streamlined LCB governance, processes and regulations
- Functionally steer and strongly contribute to the LCB Value Center administration and ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Strongly contribute to the build-up of a know-how pool for LCB relevant regulations, legal frameworks, public stakeholders, public funding opportunities, relevant associations, partners and networks and actively leverage this know-how for LCB
- Implement and maintain new, purpose-driven, entrepreneurial, efficient and agile ways of working for LCB, and develop the LCB organization and culture accordingly
- Closely cooperate with E&P enabling Value Centers and Corporate Functions to jointly enable growth and profitability for LCB, E&P and OMV group
- Closely align with the SVP Low Carbon Business, the VP Low Carbon Business Management, the Head of Low Carbon Business Steering, other Low Carbon Business Management departments, LCB Technical Development and other relevant E&P Value Centers and Corporate Functions

**Your profile**:

- University degree Master/Diplom in Business, technical or other relevant education
- Minimum 12 years professional work experience with extensive knowledge of strategy development, organizational development, operational excellence, new ways of working and business management
- Vast project management and project leadership experience
- Strong understanding of business models and opportunities in the area of Low Carbon Business
- In-depth understanding of energy market trends and underlying drivers as well as of the overall transition of the industry landscape
- High intrinsic motivation to work in the LCB area and to contribute to OMV's energy transition
- Active drive to develop new skills and knowledge
