Professional Innovation Program Manager

**Professional Innovation Program Manager (f/m/x) - Limited for 2 years**:
Join RBI’s dynamic **Innovation Team**and help us drive and enable our colleagues Group-wide to learn valuable innovation methods, drive their own innovation projects, and build a more collaborative and creative culture. In this role, you will manage our flagship innovation programs, organize inspiring events, engage with a vibrant innovation community, and facilitate workshops that empower employees to turn ideas into impact, all while honing your skills in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
**Your mission at RBI**:

- **Event Management**:
Engage our internal innovation community by planning and executing inspiring events and meetups - from small gatherings to large-scale highlights such as the _Innovation Day _. You’ll manage everything from concept to execution, ensuring every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impact.
- **Facilitation & Moderation**:
Support and co-facilitate various workshop formats with the aim to build a stronger innovation culture within the organization. You’ll prepare logistics (rooms, participants, materials), manage stakeholders, and help create an open, energetic environment.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:
Keep stakeholders - from internal coaches to top management - aligned and informed. Use your strong communication and presentation skills to prepare effective meetings, share updates, and ensure alignment across teams.
-**Your core competencies**:

-- Hands-on team player with strong organizational and collaboration skills
- 2-5 years of professional experience, ideally in **corporate innovation**, **program management**, or **event management**
- University degree, preferably with a focus on **innovation management**, **entrepreneurship**, or **project management**
- Proven experience in **program and event management**
- Basic understanding of **Design Thinking**, **Lean Startup**, or similar innovation methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English; **German**and/or **CEE languages**are an advantage
