**Job Summary**:

**What we’re looking for**
- ** Language**: you are fluent in English and Italian
- ** Experience**: previous Customer Service experience is required
- ** Tools**: Knowledge of MS Office and SAP are a strong advantage
- ** Preferred Qualifications**:

- You have completed a commercial training

- Ensure customer orders are processed in a complete, good way
- Communicate and coordinate with customers
- Provide product and delivery information
- Cover the right certificates and all documents relevant to the transport
- Manage delivery dates and complaint management
- Tracking of the shipments
- Cover the required certificates and information when needed
