To strengthen our Group Accounting Team in our Headquarters in Vienna we are looking for a passionate **Finance Assistant (M/F/d) **.
**Your Role**:
- You perform various administrative tasks such as travel bookings, organization of meetings, coordination of auditors, invoice approvals, document and signature management, etc.
- You support the team during monthly financial reviews of various subsidiaries and assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements
- You assist the team with quarterly tax reviews of tax notes and tax bookings
- Provide support by checking customer master data for VAT purposes and preparing data for VAT number queries
- You take responsibility for the dividend resolution process
- You manage various guidelines such as monthly reporting guidelines and booking instructions to subsidiaries
- You represent other colleagues in the assistance area when necessary
**Your Profile**:
- You have concluded a commercial apprenticeship, attended a commercial high school (HAK) or similar
- If you have already gained professional experience in a similar position, we consider this an advantage
- You have excellent MS-Office skills, especially in Excel and Word
- You have good analytical skills and a very good understanding of numbers
- You are a reliable Team player who is solution-oriented and works independently in a structured manner
- You possess very good communication skills paired with a hands-on attitude
- You have very good German and English skills (C-Level)
