Overview

We are looking for a Finance Assistant in our Viennese office to support our Finance team, mainly assisting our Finance Specialist with accounts receivable tasks and other operational finance topics. You'll play an important role in keeping our financial processes accurate and reliable while contributing to our mission to "make sports happen".

Work time: Part-time (Approx. 10 h/week)

Planned start: January 2026

Location: Vienna, Austria

Your Tasks
  • Supporting our Finance team with accounts receivable activities
  • Assisting in correct invoicing at the beginning of each month and ensuring all information is up to date
  • Helping to maintain clean and reliable data across our systems and spreadsheets
  • Communicating with internal teams such as Customer Care and Product to align on partner-related updates
  • Contributing to ongoing finance projects and improving small processes that increase efficiency
Your Profile
  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience with Google Workspace
  • Reliability, attention to details and solution-orientation
  • Positive mindset and communication talent
  • Confidence in handling communication with B2B partners and being passionate about their success

At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a yearly gross salary of EUR 31,430 (based on a full-time basis of 35h)
