OverviewWe are looking for a Finance Assistant in our Viennese office to work closely with our Finance team on supporting our B2B sport partners in the DACH market. While being onboarded and trained by our Finance specialists, you will quickly manage your own projects and contribute towards our mission of "make sports happen".
Work time: Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off)
Planned start: January 2026
Location: Vienna, Austria
Your Tasks- Engaging in our finance-support for our B2B and B2C customers via our digital ticketing system (questions about invoicing & different fee structures & payouts)
- Assisting in correct invoicing at the beginning of each month by checking cancellations and adaptations
- Helping to solve inquiries related to marketplace fees
- Supporting our communication to enhance transparent online payment processes
- Overseeing data sets to ensure correct pricing is applied for our SaaS packages
- Collaborating with the Customer Care and Product Team in order to successfully contribute to company-wide projects
- Excellent communication skills in German
- Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience with Google Workspace
- Reliability, attention to details and solution-orientation
- Positive mindset and communication talent
- Confidence in handling communication with B2B partners and being passionate about their success

At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a yearly gross salary of EUR 31,430 (based on a full-time basis of 35h)
