**Your Profile**:

- Commercial education with ideally focus on finance
- First relevant professional experience as an assistant, ideally in a finance department
- Proficient in English and German (min. C1)
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Committed and communicative team player
- Structured way of working
- Service-oriented - proactive - affinity for data

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Administrative and organizational support for the whole finance department
- Management of purchase orders and invoices (preparation of budget data, purchase orders, monitoring as well as audit of accounts)
- Organization of meetings
- Preparation and creation of presentations, protocols and analysis
- Preparation of expense reports, document management and filing

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 2.500 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
