Position Overview We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in fast‑paced environments and has proven experience hiring commercial roles. This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. Key Responsibilities Partner deeply with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job ads. Own full‑cycle recruitment for commercial roles – sourcing, screening, and closing top talent across sales, marketing, customer success, and more. Source creatively through networking, talent communities, and digital platforms to find and engage high‑caliber candidates before they hit the market. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights on market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices. Champion an outstanding candidate experience from first touch to offer stage. Leverage technology – ATS, data‑driven sourcing tools – to streamline recruiting. Manage agency partnerships where needed, ensuring accountability, alignment, and strong collaboration. Share market intelligence on trends, talent insights, and competitor activity to inform hiring strategies. Required Skills / Experience Proven success recruiting commercial roles (sales, marketing, GTM, or similar), ideally in a tech‑driven or SaaS environment. Track record of delivering across multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and influence commercial priorities. Relationship‑first mindset – building trust quickly with stakeholders and candidates. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal. Comfort with data, systems, and process – using tools to make hiring smarter and more efficient. Collaborative, proactive, and curious – always looking for ways to improve and add value.
