Design & Sales Consultant - Paving & Landscaping - Company Vehicle Company Vehicle package. To provide a high level of service, dedication and commitment to our rapidly increasing client base, we require a Design & Sales Consultant to join our team at our Bibra Lake Showroom, Display and Manufacturing Centre. The role involves Providing overall project design and product selection assistance. Consultations at client homes or projects using a company display vehicle. Helping to ascertain quantities required on site or from plans, quotation, sales and delivery administration. A combination of in person, email and phone communication with clients and other team members. Servicing the long term needs of our repeat landscaper, pool builders, architects, designers, home builders and other industry partners. Technical, sales and administrative support is offered by and expected by all team members. Rewards are earned as a team and enjoyed as a team with no individual commission focus. As a guiding base (negotiable with discussion) the role requires operating Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 4:30pm. 4 weeks annual leave (including 2 weeks standard over the Christmas Break). You must, as a first Be able to relate to and respect all persons day to day. Possess exceptional organisational skills and have a sound understanding of plans, measurements and calculations. Be able to work as a team, within a team, sharing our "no task is below me or above me" attitude. Present and act professionally, whilst maintaining the friendly, down to earth and sometimes cheeky manner that is Freo Stone Paving. Have excellent phone manner, people skills and a positive attitude. Use honesty, trust, experience and innovation to acquire your sales, relationships and results. Understand smoking or the scent of is not permitted on our sites or around our team and clients. To set yourself apart from the field you may have experience in Paving, building or landscape project design or construction. Customer service related to design or product selection. Experience in precise data entry and general use of computers.
