Customer Service Representative - Business Banking Do Work That Matters At CommBank, we support Australian businesses every day. Our Business Banking Service (BBS) Contact Centre helps customers keep their operations running smoothly by providing fast, reliable service. As a Business Banking Associate, you’ll be part of a team that makes a real difference to business customers across the country. Every interaction you handle helps keep Australian businesses moving. In this role, you will: Provide premium technical and customer service support over the phone Assist with transactional enquiries, account updates and business banking needs Deliver fast, accurate solutions that support our customers’ day-to-day operations What You’ll Bring Strong customer service experience (essential) A resilient, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Confidence using multiple systems and technologies Clear communication skills and a genuine desire to help Interest in banking/finance (desirable) Ability to learn quickly and multitask effectively No banking or finance experience required — we provide full training to set you up for success Roster & Training 7:00am–10:00pm, Monday–Sunday You will need to be available to work weekends on a regular bases (every 3–6 weeks) Full-time role (38 hours per week) In-office mandatory training, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Hybrid working: first 6 months in-office to set you up for success, then enjoy a balanced 50% work-from-home / 50% in-office model Start Date: Tues 27th Jan Please note: this role is not compatible with face-to-face university timetables Career Growth & Why This Role Matters Strong development pathways supported by the BBS Academy, which trains 100+ new team members annually Opportunities to become cross-skilled across other areas such as CommBiz, Merchant Enquiries and Corporate Cards Clear capability frameworks to help you progress into roles across BPB, Relationship Management, specialist banking, leadership and the wider Group Make real customer impact during crucial business moments Work with modern systems in a supportive, inclusive team Build highly transferable technical, service and problem-solving skills Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Customer Service #J-18808-Ljbffr
