The business Our client is an iconic, global FMCG Food brand that manufactures and distributes some of the world's most loved products. Due to a recent restructure, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead the function. Whats in it for you? Attractive salary: Up to $160k base salary + Super + 15% Bonus (depending on experience.) Hybrid working: 3 days in the office & 2 days from home. Convenient office location close to Sydney CBD. Lead and mentor a team of 5 across all major retail grocery customers. Key Responsibilities Understand internal targets and combine them with key customers efficiently, collecting feedback. Lead and mentor a team of 3 Integrated Supply Planners and 2 Customer Relations Coordinators covering the major retail grocery customers, determine performance metrics and KPIs to be monitored. Coordinate with 3PL providers, work with the customer and 3PL on efficiencies and cost reduction. Work with customers, sales and carriers to efficiently manage the process and activate process to avoid future returns. Manage quota for stock availability restrictions and assess reasons for short supply to coordinate recovery. Detect improvement areas and propose options for relevant improvements and cost saving. Effectively communicate with customer current situation, gaps and initiatives. Key experience required Professional experience in a customer-facing role with a good knowledge of the Australian FMCG market. Solid understanding of and experience in managing retail grocery customers. Strong understanding of supply chain, and particular focus on forecast to delivery. High analytical capabilities with insight-oriented reporting skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong stakeholder management, change and conflict management. Good team and people management skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP or other major ERP systems.
