About this Role Why We’re Hiring a Executive Assistant to the CEO We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide dedicated support across scheduling, communications, and operations. Responsibilities Providing high quality administrative support and proactive calendar management for the CEO Coordinating meetings and communication with clients, staff, and investors across our Australian and United Kingdom offices Drafting clear and professional correspondence for internal and external communications Managing travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and events coordination Owning the administrative and logistical support for recruitment and hiring activities Championing the onboarding process for new employees Project assistance as required across the business Managing day‑to‑day office administration and ensuring an organised and well functioning workspace (Melbourne) Overseeing record management and maintaining accurate filing systems About You You bring at least 3 years of experience in a client‑facing or leadership support role, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Some of the things we’ll be looking for: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills You like high amounts of autonomy You’re willing to work hard when required to get things delivered You have an unusually high quality threshold You have a focused attention to detail – you’re the one who typically picks up the errors You’re tech savvy, and are able to quickly get up to speed on new software applications You’re not intimidated by our customers, who include many of the most powerful individuals in the country You have an interest in large business and the work we do Location Our offices are based in Melbourne CBD. The role is hybrid with three days a week required in office to collaborate with the team. Compensation Our compensation package for this role is AUD $85‑100k plus super, dependent on experience. We also offer a generous ESOP (share option) grant for permanent employees. The ESOP gives employees meaningful financial participation and upside in the success of the business. Hiring Process Our hiring process is designed to test three things: Capability to deliver on the role requirements (including a short practical test). Approach and drivers, explored through interviews and references. Cultural fit, tested against our values. You can expect two to three interviews plus a short practical task.
