Overview Join WWF‑Australia as the Aurion Payroll Project Specialist for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract (Full Time or 0.8 FTE Part Time). This role is key to the deployment of the Aurion Payroll system, supporting integration with HiBob HRIS and ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems. About the Role This project‑based role supports the successful deployment and post‑go‑live hyper‑care of the Aurion Payroll system. You will configure, test and validate the system, deliver bespoke reports, provide coaching and training, and enable a seamless transition to business‑as‑usual support. Key Accountabilities Support end‑to‑end configuration, testing and validation of the Aurion Payroll and HiBob HRIS integration. Design, configure and deliver bespoke Aurion Payroll and HR reports to meet operational and compliance needs. Co‑teach and train core project and payroll teams to build internal capability and ensure smooth transition post go‑live, including hyper‑care phases. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Experience configuring and administering Aurion Payroll, including report design and system integration. Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, processes and compliance requirements. Experience supporting payroll system implementations, upgrades or transitions.
