Overview Sunset View Windows and Doors • Melbourne, FL, US We are seeking a self-starter Content Creator and videographer to own and grow the owner’s personal brand. You will handle filming, editing, and posting across platforms, with full ownership of building out the online presence. Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 to start (depending on experience). This is the first media hire and offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as we expand the media team. What You’ll Do Film and edit short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube, LinkedIn). Capture behind-the-scenes moments from business operations, job sites, meetings, and lifestyle content. Write captions, manage posting schedules, and engage with the audience. Repurpose content for multiple platforms. Track analytics and adjust strategy based on what’s working. Be proactive: bring creative ideas, trends, and new content formats to the table. Who You Are A creative storyteller with strong filming and editing skills. Comfortable with social media platforms and what makes content perform. Entreprising — you’re excited about building a brand from the ground up. Flexible and resourceful: able to work independently with minimal direction. (Bonus) Experience with podcasting, photography, or graphic design. Qualifications Tools You Should Know (or Be Willing to Learn) Editing: Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar. Social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube. Scheduling tools: Buffer, Later, Hootsuite (or similar).
