Partner with hiring managers to provide excellent recruitment processes while managing a high volume of roles. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals. Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on best recruitment practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment. Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Previous experience recruiting in healthcare is an advantage. Experience managing a high volume of roles. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring candidates. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
