We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow our impact and deepen our connections with the communities we serve. Working arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in our Macquarie Park office and 2 days Work‑From‑Home. Contract: Full‑time, 6‑month fixed‑term. Responsibilities Lead Network and Clinical recruitment activities: brief collection, job posting, CV screening, head‑hunting, interview support and background checks. Promote Hearing Australia’s opportunities on social media and grow company‑page following. Design, deliver and optimise e‑recruitment plans and Employer Value Proposition. Improve candidate sourcing and attraction strategies for future workforce needs. Build and maintain talent pools for organisational requirements. Support special projects to enhance recruitment and selection processes. What You’ll Bring Extensive recruitment experience within an internal recruitment or HR team and proficiency with online recruitment systems, especially SuccessFactors. Experience with volume recruitment, excellent time management and a sense of urgency. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build strategic alliances. Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and a proactive “can‑do” attitude. Experience coaching managers and supporting them in the recruitment and selection process.
