Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in Sydney and beyond by building and managing relationships with solar installers, distributors, and other channel partners. This role focuses on expanding our market reach and developing long-term business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners and distributors across the Sydney area and Australia. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to drive repeat business. Present and promote Growatt’s inverter and energy storage solutions to customers and partners. Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, logistics) to support partner success. Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or technical products. Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, or energy storage solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Familiarity with the Australian solar market and its regulations. Valid work rights in Australia.
