What You’ll Be Doing We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to launch and scale PEXA’s Anti‑Money Laundering solution within the real‑estate sector. This dynamic hunter‑style role focuses on expanding PEXA’s expansion strategy, identifying opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and delivering tangible business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Prospect, engage and close new opportunities in the real‑estate market with PEXA’s AML product suite. Build long‑term relationships with agencies, compliance providers and industry partners through events, workshops and strategic engagement. Create and manage a robust pipeline from lead to close while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Operations teams to align go‑to‑market actions and provide exceptional customer experiences. Provide market insights and customer feedback to refine product‑market fit and guide future growth initiatives. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within fintech, regtech, proptech or financial services. A hunter mentality with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills. Commercially astute and data‑driven, with a strategic mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Experience selling AML/KYC, compliance or workflow automation solutions and an understanding of the real‑estate or property‑technology ecosystem is highly regarded.
