About the Role As our Accounts Receivable officer, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of customers, ensuring timely collections, reconciling accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll work closely with the finance and sales teams to resolve account queries efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Manage high‑volume accounts receivable ledger and customer collections Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans where required Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing or delivery issues impacting payment Maintain accurate records and reporting of collection activities Support month‑end close and cashflow forecasting Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments Handle sensitive accounts with professionalism Reporting any findings to Head of Finance for discussion Setting up new customer accounts and conduct credit checks in line with company policy About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in credit control or collections, ideally within a similar high‑volume environment Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑first approach Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Confident using ERP and accounting systems, ideally SAP business one #J-18808-Ljbffr
