Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description About Us: With 30 offices worldwide in 16 different countries, SIFA is a well-known French freight forwarder and a leading consolidator in the Pacific area. The company has a global turnover of 100 million AUD and over 800 employees. Job Overview We are looking to recruit a sales executive to develop import and export trade from Australia to the Pacific islands, with a particular focus on Vanuatu. The position is based in Sydney, but frequent travel within Australia and Port Vila is required. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and market penetration. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue. Identify and contact prospects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. Reply to quotes, tenders and ensure the follow-up of the key accounts. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, procurement, or a related field. Experience within the freight forwarding industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel. Fluent French speaker. Bislama speaker will be a plus. What We Offer 90K + Super salary and commission structure. Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
