The position is casual and working hours are expected to be around 15-20 hours per week . Availability until 8:00pm weekdays and Saturday mornings are a must. Hours may vary depending on the availability of practitioners and other employees and ad hoc shifts may be available for planned and unplanned leave. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients and practitioners with a warm and friendly demeanour. Manage patient appointments, maintain accurate records and process billings. Handle inquiries and provide information about our services. Support the administrative functions of the clinic and complete general housekeeping duties. Collaborate with and support a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Qualifications: Previous experience in a medical receptionist role or similar. Previous experience with Best Practice and Pracsuite software (desired), along with Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The right to work in Australia (Visa sponsorship not available).
