Business Development Manager - Global FinTech My client is a leading Global FinTech that has an outstanding reputation both locally and internationally for mitigating risk for their clients. Their solutions are market leading, having won numerous awards. They are also rolling out new AI powered SaaS offerings that will be a market first in Australia. They continue to expand across the region off the back of continually over achieving against their quarterly sales targets and are looking for new business development managers (new business hunter) to help them expand into new sectors and further their presence in others. These roles can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane and are available to start either immediately or in early January. Base pay range A$100,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr Key responsibilities: Target new business opportunities across key verticals such as FSI, FinTech, Insurance, Super, Mining, Utilities, Education, Aged Care etc New business, no account management. Win it, onboard and pass over to the Accounts team. Achievement of revenue targets Internal and external key stakeholder management Development of strategic account and territory plans Commercial and legal contractual negotiations Demonstrable track record of winning new business (hunter profile), having ideally previously sold the likes of SaaS / FX / Payments / FinTech / Data / Information Services etc. Experience with shorter sales cycles (c3 months) preferred (typically 2-3 deals per month) You will be a proven hunter with strong conceptual and analytical skills Ability to create strategic account and territory development plans Extremely consultative approach to business development Outstanding communication and presentation skills Experience of selling into a range of decision makers within target clients such as Finance Directors / Risk & Compliance / Head of Fraud / CFO / Chief Risk Officers / MDs This represents an outstanding opportunity to progress your business development career within a leading FinTech vendor that is growing rapidly across Australia and selling market leading solutions to industries that are crying out for them.
