As a strategic leader with extensive experience and knowledge, you will interpret HR policies and relevant legislation, advise on human resource and safety issues, and provide advice and support across the agency relating to work health and safety, people management, employee relations, organisational development, and change management.You will provide strategic leadership and operational management of the HRS function to ensure the delivery and continuous improvement of professional and effective services

This includes the regulation of work health and safety, infrastructure integrity, and environmental management for offshore renewable energy infrastructure activities.Working with NOPSEMA provides an opportunity to make a real difference to people working in Australia’s offshore energy industry.We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Director – People, Culture and Safety to join the fast-paced Human Resources & Safety (HRS) Team in our Perth Office on a permanent basis.Role:Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Corporate and Business Transformation, this role will lead the HRS function and the development of strategies, processes and systems to maintain a strong focus on health, safety, wellbeing and performance, in addition to driving transformational change through optimising organisational culture and improving employee engagement and diversity and inclusion.Key Responsibilities:
