What you'll do: As a Nordic Campaign Manager, you will have a central role in strengthening and building a personalized and data-driven customer experience across countries in Allente, with main focus on Denmark. You will be essential in our work related to increasing the value of the customer base, improving the Customer Journey, and digitalizing customer communications across channels and touchpoints. You will be responsible for executing on roadmaps in addition to planning, implementation and evaluation of 1-1 communication activities over the customer life cycle in close collaboration with other teams like Marketing, Sales, Tech and Analytics. Key Responsibilities and duties: Define and implement communication activities and triggers using MessageGears and similar campaign tools Translate CX and CLM strategies into workable 1-1 communication plans and ensure optimal ROI from activities through testing and follow-up Set communication and business rules for 1-1 activities and campaigns together with stakeholders Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to ensure customer relevance in communication activities are aligned with brand, marketing plans and message Analyze and evaluate 1-1 activities in all relevant channels in close cooperation with the Analytics department Develop action plans, tech and data requirements to optimize campaign management processes and execution Participate in CX , CLM and G2M projects Develop text/copy for selected 1-1 activities Develop and follow up legal obligations, routines, and processes related to CX and CLM processes and activities Follow up and cooperate with external partners and vendors to execute activities and roadmaps Who you are: Skilled with Marketing Automation tools (like for instance SQL, MessageGears, Adobe, Hubspot – you name it) Data driven mindset and experience working with data-driven campaigns and communications Customer-focused with an eye on the big picture Analytical with a strong business mindset Great at collaborating with different teams and personalities Loves solving problems and improving processes Fluent in Danish What’s in it for YOU?
