About the Role The HR Consultant will work closely a HR partner, managing key relationships with the selected client group. The role will be working to advise on EBA, redundancies and employee / industrial relations in line with the new EBA coming in at the university. One role will be more focused on the Change Program and one will be more broad across the strategy portfolio.
