About the Role: We are seeking to fill 2 critical leadership positions: an experienced Construction Manager and a Senior Project Manager to lead a major renewable energy construction project in the Pilbara. These site‑based FIFO roles (2:1 roster from Perth) include accommodation and site allowances. You will play a key part in ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of a large‑scale solar farm, overseeing all phases from planning to commissioning. Key Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary teams across electrical, civil, and mechanical disciplines to achieve project milestones. Develop and manage detailed project execution plans, schedules, and budgets. Oversee design, construction, and commissioning activities while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Identify and mitigate project risks to minimise cost and schedule impacts. Manage contractor performance and foster collaboration across stakeholders. Promote a strong safety culture, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Report regularly on project progress, financials, and performance outcomes. About You Degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline). Minimum 5 years’ experience managing large‑scale infrastructure or energy projects, ideally in remote WA. Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams (15+ staff) on major construction projects. Experience delivering projects valued at $150M+ as a Construction or Project Manager. Knowledge of the WA resources market and established relationships with Pilbara‑based subcontractors (advantageous). Experience in solar farm or renewable energy projects highly regarded. Proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential). Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainable project delivery. Why this Role?
